Mentoring women in tech as well as other industries has been a primary focus over the past several years. Reaching out to help encourage and support women as they traverse their professional journey is how we can increase the number of women in leadership.
One woman has just been recognized for her mentoring efforts, particularly as it relates to mentoring women in tech. Ronna Timpa has just been named a finalist in the “High Tech Mentor” category for the Las Vegas Women in Technology Awards.
